Role: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Washington, DC; Hybrid Remote Work Schedule

Pay Rate: $21-24/Hour

Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join as an integral member of their team.

Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Content and Web Managers, Executive and Managing Journal Editors, and internal stakeholders to create and send various email newsletters.
• Update relevant email, advertising, marketing, spreadsheets.
• Support Content Manager and other vendors to ensure issue and article publishing schedules are set, updated, and maintained - communicate any changes or updates.
• Populate email templates with required article, advertising, marketing, and podcast information.
• Provide sample emails for sponsored content to advertising partner

Requirements:
• Experience in - 1-3 Years of Experience in Professional Editing and/or Publishing
• Proficient in - Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Asana, Confluence
• Soft Skills - Organized, Detail Oriented, Confident, Collaborative
• Education - Bachelors Degree Required
