Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Seattle, WA - onsite

Our technology client is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to produce comprehensive marketing strategies to drive the adoption of value-added features, collaborating with Product and Tech owners to drive efficiency and incremental engagement. You will be responsible for the customer segmentation and communication strategy, partnering closely with Business Owners and Tech to scale your programs globally across owned channels like Email, Push, and Onsite Placements. The role will accomplish this by gleaning valuable trends through data analysis, mapping the customer journey, defining customer segmentation, ideating a marketing plan to deliver success against these customer segments and phases, building a testing roadmap, defining and benchmarking the appropriate KPIs, and executing the test-and-scale strategy globally. You will have a keen understanding of prioritization and project management, ensuring on-time delivery of our most impactful programs based on estimated impact towards KPIs.

Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Accelerate adoption of core features among business customers leveraging new and existing marketing channels.
  • Drive the creation and implementation of new automated email programs worldwide, working with local teams and translation services to automate and scale.
  • Develop robust A/B and MVT testing programs to optimize adoption.
  • Report on progress against goals and relevant email metrics to senior management, both verbally and in written business reviews.
  • Assist in the development of the vision and strategy for feature adoption roadmap, as well as forecasting marketing-attributed adoption.
  • Create assets in partnership with a dedicated design team.
  • Edit (XML, HTML) and publish content to site via CMS.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or other relevant areas.
  • Experience with marketing strategy, including engagement, conversion, and promotions.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing and/or digital/high-technology e-commerce companies/products.
  • Experience in analyzing channel data across consumer segments and drawing recommendations.
  • Experience writing customer-facing content that is on-brand and relevant to the customer experience.
  • Experience in managing projects across multiple teams and functions, e.g., tech, legal, finance, design.
  • 4+ years of experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, on-device/mobile, and/or display.
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems and ability to edit basic HTML and XML.
  • 1+ years of experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data.
  • Must be comfortable with Excel and capable of manipulating data to perform both high-level and more granular analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in coordinating teams and communicating to senior management.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing large scale email marketing and onsite marketing programs across multiple geographies.
  • Experience with A/B or multivariate testing.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting, particularly in the B2B space.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting.
  • Relentlessly high standards and a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlines.
  • Confident, self-motivated individual with a strong, demonstrable bias for action.
  • Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with tech teams on scaling marketing solutions.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is 29.51 to 32.79/hr DOE. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
