Description

• Support digital strategist in performance calls for Peak (internal and external) to understand media performance overall and it's role in achieving business goals.
  • Attend weekly Peak performance calls and draft detailed notes on final performance decisions - optimizations, important conversations on loan environment/our approaches
    • Draft final report of crucial decisions/optimizations made during the campaign that affected overall performance
    • Connect weekly performance back to Sarah forecast doc
• Organize weekly Merkle status agenda with all internal parties and capture key notes during calls.

• Lead at least one pod test through the entire test lifecycle to better understand the marketing process and how we work cross functionally. (Will support heavily on this).
  • Develop the test design, test brief creation, Merkle media plan development, creative development, OneView and MCID processes and final campaign trafficking.

Provide additional optimization support with College Raptor account, working with Merkle and College Raptor to identify areas of keyword improvement and ad/bidding optimizations.

Support digital strategist in administrative campaign setup tasks like:

• Opening of MCIDs
• Organizing final traffic sheets for creative
• OneView creative and content reviews for compliance
• Test campaign evaluations and performance reporting development

Build on foundational knowledge and career development planning:

• Digital Media 101
• Marketing at Citizens
• Marketing operations technology overviews: Jira/Confluence/OneView/Tableau, etc.
• 1:1s with key Student/Marketing partners, including Content Strategy, Creative Development, Analytics
• Professional Development - Future Goal Setting
