Title: Digital Operations -UX Design Enablement Consultant (Financial Services)
Location: Hybrid 3 days (Location options: Minneapolis, Atlanta, Cincinnati, Chicago, New York, Irving-TX, Charlotte, San Fran, Concord-CA, Cincinnati -OH)
Duration: 11+ month contract
Compensation: $65-71/hr.
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

• Work closely with colleagues at all levels, from senior business leaders to front-line staff, and solves challenging and complex business problems across UX Design and their partners.
• Gathers and analyzes best practices within and outside of the company.
• Provide objective recommendations and knowledge with the aim of creating value, increasing productivity, reducing cost, maximizing growth, and improving business performance.
• Provides perspectives on enhancements, develops the desired outcomes, and implements changes.
• Aligned to Digital Operations, focused on User Experience Design.
• Work will focus on coordinating and facilitating the new brand rollout internally across several business areas and multiple products.
• Additionally, organizing the workflow, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables of our internal design toolkit.

TOP MUST HAVE SKILLS: Design Ops, Communication (written and verbal), process improvement experience

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Experience with SharePoint authoring and organization
• Curiosity to dive into understanding issues and creating solutions
• Ability to solve complex problems and engage with different levels of stakeholders
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
