The Real Estate Department at Spectrum is a vital part of the organization's Corporate Services division. Spectrum's real estate portfolio comprises approximately 25 million square feet and around 3,400 properties, which vary in size, complexity, and usage.

BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

As the Director of Regional Real Estate and Facilities at Spectrum's Real Estate Department, you are responsible for developing and coordinating short-term and long-range strategic real estate plans, objectives, and budgets based on our overarching organizational goals and objectives. You will support the VP in developing feasibility studies, evaluating viable alternatives, and ensuring a balance between business needs. Additionally, you may manage a group of portfolio planners and other real estate professionals.

Overall, as the Director of Regional Real Estate and Facilities, you hold a critical leadership role. You oversee a team of real estate professionals, manage a large and diverse property portfolio, and foster strong internal and external partnerships. By doing so, you contribute significantly to the achievement of Spectrum's strategic real estate objectives.

  • Actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the business partner's information exchange with strategic portfolio planning and real estate.
  • Establishing and implementing key strategic real estate planning processes.
  • Proactively identifying strategies to optimize Charter's real estate portfolio.
  • Conceptualizing and guiding short-term and long-range real estate planning activities, including analytically evaluating the portfolio.
  • Maintaining regional and enterprise-wide business and real estate intelligence in order to capitalize on real estate market opportunities as well as reacting to time-sensitive projects and business initiatives.
  • Developing and managing relationships with senior executives and leadership of business partner groups.
  • Developing executive-level presentation materials for business unit reviews, leadership meetings, and other operational and data-related topics.
  • Partnering with workplace/facilities on space and occupancy planning to understand utilization and opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Effectively performing complex cost and feasibility analyses. Working independently and reporting to the Vice President of Real Estate and Portfolio Administration.
  • Performing other duties as requested.

  • Bachelor's in Real Estate, Business administration or at least 10 years in Corporate Real Estate experience
  • Real Estate Portfolio Management 10+ years
