Responsible for providing comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation and overall evaluation of individual patient needs.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Current Kentucky RN license or Compact State

• Basic Life Support (BLS) required once month from hire

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) six months from hire date
