One of the largest clients of Insight Global Health is looking to hire two Direct Care Professionals / Certified Nursing Assistants to support Group Homes in South Boston on the third shift (hours: 11 pm - 7 am)!
There are two openings on third shift, the days on and off are as follows:
Opening One
- Days on: Wednesdays - Sunday
- Days off: Monday and Tuesday
Opening Two
- Days on: Monday, Tuesday, Friday - Sunday
- Days off: Wednesday and Thursday Off
Duties and Responsibilities (these duties are a general summary and not all inclusive):
• Provide support to individuals by assisting in the development and implementation of habilitative, behavioral and recreational programs in accordance with the Individual Service Plan (ISP) objectives
• Coordinate with direct supervisor(s) to ensure successful implementation of ISP's, use of appropriate methods, coordination of services and crisis intervention
• Assist and facilitate activities of daily living, such as household maintenance, self-care and hygiene (bathing & toileting), food shopping and preparation, budgeting, leisure activities and socialization skill development
• Attend individuals' review meetings and accompany them to various appointments; Transport individuals to work, recreational activities and other engagements as needed
Maintain individuals' confidentiality and records; preserve individuals' human rights by complying with applicable laws and regulation

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with direct support of patients in facility settings (group homes, nursing homes, hospitals, etc.)
• Valid driver's license
• COVID vaccinated (NO exemptions taken, must have both doses)
• Minimum HS diploma or equivalent
• CPR / First Aide through the AHA
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Active HHA, PCT, CNA
• MAP certified
• Active BLS
• Group home experience previously
