MedAdventures is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our partner's full-time team in the Farmville, Virginia area.

This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Responsibilities for the COTA:

• Provide screening and evaluation for all residents, establishing individual treatment programs, and providing results to residents, families, and caregivers
• Work with nursing facility staff to determent best plan of action and treatment needs

Requirements for the COTA:

• 2 years of experience as an OTA is preferred (will consider all backgrounds)
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is ideal
• Experience working with senior populations and families/caregivers
• Knowledge and experience assisting in the creation of treatment plans
• Current and Valid OTA License
• Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy

Compensation and Schedule for the COTA:

• Target salary is $68,000-$78,000, dependent on experience
