MedAdventures is looking for a compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has a passion for serving the underprivileged and unrepresented in the La Grande, OR community.

Responsibilities of the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner:
  • Collaborate with the medical director and supervising physician to deliver primary care commensurate with training to patients
  • Deliver care appropriate for an out-patient, primary care community health center with a multicultural, multilingual patient population


Qualifications of the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner:
  • Prior experience inPsychiatric Mental Health
  • Relevant Master's degree
  • Current Texas valid professional license to practice in the respective field
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross


Compensation:
  • Very competitive total compensation opportunity (125k+)
  • RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
  • Quality incentives up to $12,500 annually
  • Commencement bonus of $20,000
  • $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time


Facility Info:
  • Outpatient Rural Health Clinic
  • Four 10-hour days per week
  • Average 13-17 patients per day
  • Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
  • Behavioral health and lab on-site
  • 30+ exam rooms
  • 1:16 call; phone call only
