Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) are expected to demonstrate a desire to create lasting positive impacts on people's lives and enjoy coaching, mentoring, and encouraging others to celebrate their achieved outcomes.

Essential Job Functions

Support participants by assisting with daily living activities to male and female participants, maintaining health and personal hygiene (i.e., continence care, dressing, eating, transferring participants, etc.).

Uphold the rights, dignity and respect of all persons served as well as promote independence and self- advocacy skills. Teach new hard and soft skills in a variety of settings

Responsible for transporting participants to and from the Adult Day Services via large transportation vans/ shuttle buses

Position Requirements
18 years of age or older

Valid driver's license with proof of insurance

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to lift, bend, push and pull up to 50 pounds, push up to 200 pounds (wheelchair)

Ables to pass a background check, drug screen, and health screen
