One of our clients is seeking a Direct Support provider Central Long Island area.

CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS
* 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* administer Medication of residents
* Making resident's beds
* Assist residents to go to residential activities
* Ensure residents are up, washed and dressed
* Serve and cook meals and snacks
* Change linens as needed
* Adhere to cleaning schedule of bedrooms and all common living area
* assist in other tasks as needed

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* High school diploma or Equivalency
* Experience working with elderly preferred
* Valid NYC Driver's License in good standing
* Training in First Aide and CPR
* successful completion of annual physical and PPD
