Job Summary

Manages the assigned admissions processing unit. Primarily responsible for the accurate and timely processing and review of undergraduate applications. Compliance responsibilities include lawful presence verification, initial and readmission tuition classification, and general and program specific admissions requirements. High level campus collaboration is required with various offices across campus.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Actively engages with leadership team, proposes ideas and solutions for the successful progress of the goals and initiatives regarding enrollment management
2. Manages and supervises employees in the assigned admissions operations unit including hiring, training, scheduling, access control, performance management, etc.
3. Oversight of timely and accurate processing of applications, including system review, business process design and training
4. Compliance responsibilities including Board of Regents, NCAA, and institutional requirements
5. Collaborates with multiple campus offices to aid in the enrollment process
6. Continuously reviews processes for improvement opportunities relating to accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction and implements improvements
7. Executes reports related to record audits, interprets results, delivers analysis and recommends and implements needed resolutions

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education

Required Experience
Eight (8) years of related work experience including previous management and supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Educational Qualifications
Advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in relevant field

Preferred Experience
Previous admissions/enrollment, recruiting, or higher education experience
Experience with Banner or similar student information systems
Experience with OnBase or similar document management systems
Experience with compiling reports and data analysis to support processing

Proposed Salary

The budgeted salary range is $78,420 to $87,500. Offers are based on relevant experience.
