Job Overview: The Director of Clinical Data Management will oversee the strategic guidance, management, and implementation of clinical data management tasks across trials, directly reporting to the Head of Biometrics onour clients expanding Data Management team.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the Data Management group to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of clinical databases.
• Conduct Data Management team meetings, provide performance reviews, and establish a career progression framework.
• Maintain and oversee relationships with CROs and vendors, participating in their selection and performance management.
• Oversee the financial management of Data Management activities, including budgeting and contract negotiations.
• Lead projects to enhance Data Management infrastructure, such as standardizing CRFs and integrating data visualization tools.
• Develop and integrate Data Management practices within the Quality Management System, focusing on SOPs and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal clinical teams to communicate project status and align on stakeholder needs and risk management.

Primary Job Requirements:

• Min 10 years in clinical data management, with oncology experience in a CRO/biopharma setting
• Knowledgeable in FDA regulations, web-based EDC, and clinical data systems including MedDRA
• Experienced in managing vendor and CRO relationships, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership in data management operations and team motivation
