As a Director Clinical Knowledge Management , you will drive the development of Company-wide, evidence- based order sets and clinical content for Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation that support and embed evidence-based practice and regulatory standard compliance.

What you'll do:
As a Director Clinical Knowledge Management , you will drive the development of Company-wide, evidence- based order sets and clinical content for Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation that support and embed evidence-based practice and regulatory standard compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain evidence-based order sets, care plans, and documentation templates.
- Coordinate regulatory standards across facilities and EHR systems with evidence-based content.
- Maintain a repository of core content, including order sets, documentation, and decision-making information.
- Collaborate with governance leaders, stakeholders, and the Unwarranted Care Variation Reduction Team for updates and consistency.
- Assemble and lead content-specific teams for documentation development and review.
- Serve as the primary contact for documentation requests and governance process development.
- Facilitate change management for clinical content and documentation.
- Develop educational programs for order set and documentation content owners.
- Optimize user experience by collaborating with HSC team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
What you'll need:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree of Nursing or Bachelor's of Pharmacy or PharmD.
- Experience: 5+ years of clinical practice experience
- Certifications/Licenses: Nurse or Pharmacist
