Job Description
The focus of the Director, Corporate Communications & PR role will be on Internal Communications. This role plays an important role on the Corporate Communications team. The overarching responsibility of this position is to lead the strategic development and execution of all global internal communications and employee engagement programs with an aim to build internal understanding of the global culture and values. This role will actively drive internal communications efforts through innovative network-wide employee communications for 6,000+ employees, across existing and future communication channels, platforms and vehicles, including new and emerging technologies. This role requires thoughtful and strategic thinking, and the ability to simultaneously manage, coordinate and execute a number of complex internal communications projects within stringent timelines. This role requires the capacity to build and maintain relationships with agency/account leads, creatives and department heads to stay abreast of agency news and develop and execute internal comms plans. This role may include supervision of multiple Communications Managers/Associates, as necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Salary
$135,000 to $185,000 annually.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- 10+ years' experience in Corporate Communications with a focus on Internal Communications or Employee Communications. Prior experience handling corporate communications within an agency setting is strong preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in public relations, advertising, marketing or journalism is preferred.
