Location: 7700 S BROADWAY, Littleton, 80122

The role you'll contribute:

Responsible for the entire Imaging team of 80 team members, including MRI, CT, Mammography, Nuclear Med/PET, Ultrasound, Diagnostic Xray, Interventional Radiology, RNs in Radiology Care Unit, and Neurodiagnostic EEG. Manages all areas, with working hospital leadership.

• Assesses and tracks patients to ensure they receive the appropriate level of care at the appropriate point on the continuum.
• Determine where integration efforts will be most effective, including identifying areas for improving processes and systems.
• Communication collaboratively to all customer groups to ensure that processes and systems used in the imaging department are thoroughly understood.
• Manages employees through a team approach - fostering a collaborative effort across modalities

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree
• Approved School of Radiologic Technologist
• Three years' experience in a leadership position
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with strong business and strategic planning skills.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
