Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. They provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of ERP professionals, ensuring the system meets the organization's business needs and objectives. This role collaborates with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements and manages the budget and resources for ERP projects. They also stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maximize the value of the ERP system for the organization.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Lead the development and implementation of ERP applications strategy and roadmap
• Manage and oversee the ERP applications team, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of ERP applications and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements and projects
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to ERP applications
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ERP applications
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ERP applications performance and efficiency

Knowledge and Experience
• 10+ years of experience in ERP applications, with a focus on leadership and management roles
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of ERP principles, methodologies, and industry best practices
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of ERP software and related technologies
• Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and project management
• Strong leadership and team management skills

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$159,375.00 - $265,625.00
