JOB SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this role is to lead Norwegian Cruise Line's Loyalty Program. This role will be This leadership role involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making to create and implement innovative loyalty strategies that align with organizational goals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for driving strategy and execution of Norwegian's Loyalty program to enhance customer retention, increase customer lifetime value and drive revenue growth.
  • Enhance, refine and maintain the NCL Latitudes Rewards program, including defining and developing the program construct and all benefits offered through the program.
  • Revamp the current Latitudes program by defining, implementing, and owning the strategy, construct, terms, benefits, technical features of the future loyalty offerings.
  • Develop and maintain past guest communications, onboard collateral, program terms and conditions for Loyalty program.
  • Build out strategy for the future of product offerings by leveraging data and analytics to identify opportunities for evaluation, gathering research to inform trends, and aligning to organizational goals and objectives to achieve results.
  • Develop point of views, presentation materials and business cases in support of various initiatives.
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Marketing, Analytics, Operations or related

EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Marketing. Cross functional experience preferred with leisure or hospitality. Experience working with executives and senior leadership team.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence throughout the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and making data-drive decisions and recommendations.
  • Requires knowledge of cruising and ability to leverage analytics to inform work.
  • Ability to think critically is imperative in order to overcome challenges, develop new ideas and improve KPIs.
  • Must be able to build compelling points of view and deliver those to various audiences.
  • Strong proven organization and project management skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and build rapport. Entrepreneurial focus and desire to create opportunities grow businesses and exceed expectations.
  • Ability to easily adapt to and manage change and to thrive in a busy environment with deadlines.
