Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead a highly passionate account management team of Full Time Employees and outsourced scaled operations to deliver exceptional business outcomes for Mailchimp customers. The team focuses on delivering account management solutions for the Mailchimp high value customer base.
Deliver exceptional customer outcomes by helping customers adopt product features which deliver value for their business. Key business metrics of success will be customer success satisfaction, customer engagement, revenue expansion, and churn reduction leading to net revenue retention.
Lead with data and insights to drive continuous improvement in business outcomes delivered by the Customer Success team.
Partner with the Intuit tech teams to explore, recommend and execute tools and functionalities that enable the Customer Success team to become more effective and efficient in delivering outcomes.
Serve as a leader and culture driver for Mailchimp and Intuit.
