Work with qualityassurance teams to develop and implement strategies for functional testing,performance testing, and test automation. Supervise resource needs and budgetfor the QA department. Establish standards in all areas of testing to ensureconsistency and effectiveness of testing and act as escalation point forquality related issues and resolution for multiple projects. Act as a trustedadvisor with business clients, managing customer expectations and perceptions.Work closely with leadership team to ensure that quality requirements areconsistently met in all phases of project planning and execution. Superviseperformance of vendor resources and vendor relationships. Partner with othertesting teams within and outside the organization in knowledge sharing andidentifying opportunities for improvements and automation.

WORK SCHEDULE : 40 hoursper week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)

JOBREQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Master's degree orforeign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, ora related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degreeor foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology,or a related field, and 7 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related workexperience.

Of the required experience, musthave 3 years of experience with the following: Onshore or offshore QualityAssurance resources for testing outcomes; Utilizing Agile or Iterative;Utilizing Waterfall application development methodologies; Test automation andperformance testing; and experience in using Test management tools includingJIRA and Selenium.

Travel to various locationsthroughout the US required up to 10%.
