The role you'll contribute:

To provide leadership and accountability in the strategic and daily operations of the clinical service. Developing and maintains excellent physician and associate relations, accountable for the quality of patient care provided by the nursing service. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating all functions of the service to include quality, administrative, and financial outcomes. Oversees the delivery of patient care and has the responsibility for establishing standards of nursing practice for the service and the nursing professional practice for AdventHealth as a whole. Assure achievement of department, nursing division and hospital goals as well as adherence to hospital policies and standards set forth by accreditation and regulatory agencies. May provide leadership over other departments that collaborate with nursing for care of the patients served.

• Plans and implements established departmental and service policies and procedures which compliment nursing division and hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelor Degree Nursing graduated from an accredited school of Nursing BSN required only if Masters degree is not in Nursing.
• Master's degree . MSN or other Master's degree required. Current incumbents must achieve by July 1, 2024
• Four years progressive clinical leadership experience required. Experience in Acute Care preferred.
• Registered Nurse State of Employment
