Seeking a dynamic Director of Accounting to join our Finance team. This position will oversee all aspects of accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise general ledger accounting activities.
• Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of financial data for precision and completeness.
• Manage and coordinate annual audits, including external audits.
• Foster team development through performance management, goal setting, training initiatives, and fostering strong team dynamics.
• Collaborate closely with internal audit and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to optimize accounting procedures.
• Undertake special analyses and projects as required.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification highly desirable.
• 7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience in a large-scale organization.
• Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles, practices, regulations, and standards.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a commitment to professionalism and confidentiality.
• Strong analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required; familiarity with Oracle preferred.
