Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role, for a Director of Admissions at Allegra Nursing and Rehab. The Director of Admissions will oversee the admissions process, develop strategies to attract new residents, collaborate with healthcare professionals and families, and ensure compliance with regulations. The Director of Admissions will assist in other managerial tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and admissions procedures
3. Experience preferred in a similar role in a healthcare setting
4. Strong organizational and leadership abilities
