Molex, a global leader in electronic solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development and Marketing to join our Printed Circuit Solutions division. This role will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, expanding market presence, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the printed circuit board (PCB), Flexible Printed Circuits, Sensor Integrations and Human Interface Industries.

What You Will Do
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales tools, training programs, and go-to-market strategies. Support sales efforts through strong engagement with Molex sales and distribution partners, developing targeted marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development and marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion goals for PCS products.
  • Market Analysis: Understand market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and potential risks, while also helping expand the product offerings of PCS.
  • Product Development: Work closely with the business development managers and engineering teams to drive innovation and ensure the development of market-driven products that meet customer demands.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing business development and marketing team. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development and marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership to help the team continue to grow and develop.

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, product development, marketing, or sales within the electronics or PCB industry.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • In-depth understanding of the applications for printed circuit solutions or the PCS market, including trends, technologies, and key players.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve business objectives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and collaborate with global teams.
