The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for managing and directing the activities of client care in accordance with established standards of care, chemical dependency treatment, and facility policy, goals and objectives. This position contributes to Pride Institute's mission, objectives, and educational and quality improvement efforts, while providing guidance to the clinical staff. The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for coordinating performance improvement activities, identifying deficiencies, and developing action plans. Additional responsibilities include hiring, training, and staff and intern supervision and evaluation.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have:
  • Bachelor's degree specializing in chemical dependency, social work or a clinical related mental health area, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree preferred.
  • Current LADC or equivalent license to practice by the State of MN is required. Dual-Licensed of LADC, LPCC, LICSW, LMFT is preferred.
  • Minimum of Five (5) years' experience in a professional chemical dependency treatment capacity.
  • ADC Supervisor under MN Statutes Chapter 245G preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of CARF, state and federal regulatory requirements.

Must be able to pass/clear the MN DHS Background Study and pass a UA drug test. Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as required by CMS.
