The Bloomington Bison are looking for a hardworking individual who is eager and driven to succeed to fill the role of Director of Corporate Sales & Sponsorship. This experienced professional will be responsible for driving revenue through new corporate sponsorship opportunities.

Position Summary:
The Bloomington Bison are looking for a hardworking individual who is eager and driven to succeed to fill the role of Director of Corporate Sales & Sponsorship. This experienced professional will be responsible for driving revenue through new corporate sponsorship opportunities.
Job Responsibilities/ Duties:
- Manages all sponsorship activities: Obtaining potential sponsors, proposal customization, contract revision, sponsor follow-up and support
- Develop and implement a sponsorship sales plan for increasing revenues
- Be the central point of contact for all sponsor/ partner related activity
- Goals include increasing sales and creating new sponsorship activities and deals in order to meet/ exceed business objectives
- Developing and presenting creative and tailored proposals for sponsors that align with their strategies and goals
- Recognize and research important open and new categories as prospective new sponsors
- Sponsorship retention
- Work game days, weekends, and special events as needed
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of sales/ sponsorship
- Experience in sport or entertainment fields is preferred but not required
- Outstanding communication skills and customer service are essential for interactions with clients
- This position is for a driven and sales-focused individual
