Director of Customer Service Strategy & Optimization

Our partner, a global consumer goods manufacturing company, is immediately seeking a Director of Customer Service Strategy & Optimization. The Director of Customer Service Strategy & Optimization will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally across inventory, logistics and customer service to optimize sales and fulfillment alignment, ensuring top-notch quality and operational efficiency throughout the supply chain for the organization's customer base.

Director of Customer Service Strategy & Optimization Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize inventory, logistics, customer service to fulfill customer orders
• Develop and implement SOPs to standardize the order fulfillment, on time delivery and product quality for customers across all subsections
• Define and update KPIs and metrics for order fulfillment, on time delivery and product quality
• Collaborate with SAP S4Hana Implementation team on the best ways to utilize the software with customer service

Director of Customer Service Strategy & Optimization Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or supply chain or related field
• 8+ years of supply chain, customer service focused work including inventory, logistics and customer success
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, SAP S4 Hana specifically
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and strategic thinking skills
• CPG experience is preferred
