Duties include, but are not limited to:
HUMAN RESOURCES (30%): Lead HR staff and strategic HR initiatives; Comply with OHR requirements and hiring processes, ensuring transparency; Assist FM departments and the FM HR liaisons with resolving issues that need elevated; On behalf of the Vice Chancellor, implement the Facilities Culture Action Plan; Provide monthly summary of key HR accomplishments, actions and outstanding issues.
ADMINISTRATION (30%): Serve as a Strategic Advisor, reporting directly to the Vice Chancellor; Work with team to prepare monthly and annual reports for the Responsibility Center; Assist in maintaining "course and speed" on a variety of Responsibility Center-Level strategic initiatives; Assist in developing communications materials as needed.
