About the Role:

As the Director of Finance, you will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and work closely with the Chair of the Department. You will be a key player in managing and resolving financial matters for our faculty, institutions, and various UCLA departments. Your responsibilities will include preparing annual budgets, monitoring budget variances, and generating critical financial reports that drive our decision-making processes.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with the Chair, CAO, and the School of Medicine to implement and maintain sound fiscal policies. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the Department's operations, including the Doheny Eye Centers across Pasadena, Arcadia, and Orange Coast.
