About our Team

The Fraud and Identity Market Planning group is a high energy and dynamic team that focuses on the needs of our clients by providing thought leadership and innovative ideas. The team collaborates with internal groups to deliver market leading Identity Verification, Authentication and Fraud detection capabilities.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will serve as primary lead on understanding and implementing the strategic direction of how Phone Intelligence capabilities can be offered, combined and innovated to deliver outstanding results. You will work as a cross-functional leader to coordinate the strategic and tactical direction for Phone Intelligence solutions in North America and coordinate with global market planners for the rest of world. Further, you'll become a SME on advocating for customer needs for phone intelligence through the right combination of existing and development of new solutions across all customer journeys.

You will be responsible for:
  • Creating, updating and continuously improving Phone Verification and Risk Assessment strategy. This includes analyzing data patterns, monitoring industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance phone verification and risk assessment techniques.
  • Leveraging knowledge and research of emerging trends to drive innovation within our organization. Proposing new strategies or adopting new solutions that strengthen our phone verification and risk assessment capabilities
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Phone verification and risk assessment technologies, tools, and methodologies.
  • Identifying key solution delivery requirements. Coordinating with the product management, professional services and sales teams on delivery approach and go to market activities.
  • Ensuring the proper execution of strategy by facilitating communication and alignment with key stakeholders
  • Identifying use cases and coordinate case studies with Marketing to illustrate successful examples.
  • Being accountable for adoption and success rates of PhoneFinder and Phone Intelligence
  • Assisting with phone customer needs including capability & strategy discussions as well as proposal reviews and pricing. Working closely with Account Management teams to support customer needs.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • Possess a BS or equivalent educational achievement. Advanced education(e.g., MA, MS, etc) is ideal but not required given the right combination of formal education and work experience.
  • Have a minimum of 7+ years related fraud risk strategy or related professional experience. Ideally: Prior experience with fraud risk management, controls, and processes.
  • Have a strong blend of analytical skills, process expertise, project management, and relationship-building skills. Experience leading projects and program management.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience working with vendor cost and transforming to market pricing
  • Demonstrate experience in research, document and communicate relevant trends in Fraud & Identity space
  • Demonstrate the ability to think strategically and apply both quantitative methods and business insights to drive results
  • Demonstrate the ability to build successful relationships in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience developing strategic product roadmaps
  • Demonstrate clear, effective written and oral communication skills
  • Have the ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing, energetic environment, and to adapt to changes quickly.
  • Have a PMP or Six Sigma cert.
