Director of Marketing

We are looking for a dynamic Director of Marketing to join our team!

Meadowpark Health & Rehab is a luxurious skilled nursing facility looking for an experienced Marketing Director. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in accomplishing census growth and development, who already has great local community contacts to help achieve goals.

What You Will Do

• The Director of Marketing is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with acute-care hospitals, health systems, discharge planners, case managers, rehabilitation centers, and assisted living facilities

• Work with physicians and hospital discharge planners to arrange a smooth transition to the facility

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, discharge planners and other referral sources

• Analyze referrals to ensure facility can meet resident's needs adequately with direction from D.O.N.

• Facilitate a decision for admission approval and notification of admission approval timely to referring agency

• Help develop and implement a marketing strategy for the facility with our regional marketing team as well as managers in the field

• The Director of Marketing works closely with the company's Admission's and Business Office Manager

• Participate in community events and activities that promote company goals and initiatives

• Monitor and report cost-effectiveness of marketing efforts

• Assist in the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) process

Who You Are

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

• At least three (3) years' experience in marketing management, preferably in health care

• Proven experience as Marketing Director, preferably in Senior Living/Skilled Nursing

• Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community

• Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and public relation skills

• Demonstrate autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities

• Analytical and creative thinking

• Great communication and interpersonal skills
