About the Opportunity

The Director of Marketing Operations reports to the Global Vice President of Performance Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the newly formed Marketing Operations organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and staffing the Marketing Operations organization
  • Strategic integrated planning across Finance | Sales | Marketing
  • Setting marketing goals and budgets to achieve goals
  • Setting business processes and automation for Campaign and Lead Management
  • Establishing marketing KPIs
  • Marketing reporting and analytics
  • MarTech administration and integrations
  • Management of marketing automation platforms and integrations
About You

The ideal candidate is adaptable. You are analytical, detail oriented, and creative. You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to accomplish a tactical action while simultaneously considering and communicating its strategic implications. Data is the fuel for our program, and as such it must be of the highest quality to produce relevant sales and customer feedback. You will partner with business leaders to act and improve the business, and ultimately compile stories that illustrate the impact.

7-10 years of experience in demand gen and digital marketing

Expert-level proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

Experience with Demandbase, Salesforce, and Marketing automation platforms

Marketing | Sales alignment

Compensation

The pay range for this opportunity is from $144,000 to $194,400 + performance-related bonus + benefits

This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
