Parkway Health & Rehabiliation, a subacute/long-term care skilled nursing facility in West Roxbury, Massachusetts, is seeking a dynamic, experienced Director of Nursing Services to join and lead our exceptional team. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A proven track record as a Director of Nursin g .
• Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
• Strong knowledge of nursing policies/procedures and Federal and State regulations.
• Proficiency in managing nursing staff and administering healthcare programs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making skills.
• Participipates in budget planning and management
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care
• Oversees the development and implementation of resident care plans
• Monitors and evaluates nursing care provided
• Partcipates in the hiring and onboarding of nursing staff
