Position Summary
Under the direction of the Associate Athletic Director, the Director of Operations and Facilities will oversee facilities/game operations and equipment for the Athletic department. This includes managing and operating security of the Peter W. Stott Center; the production and management of all intercollegiate athletic contests; and supervision of the department's equipment management functions, including the hiring and training of athletic equipment and operation personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum three years of collegiate facilities and operations.
- Demonstrated excellence in professional/interpersonal communication skills.

Salary is dependent on several factors, and new employees will typically start around the Q1 level to allow for later growth within the salary band. PSU has a structured process for determining starting compensation, taking into account years of related experience, applicable skills, knowledge and abilities, market parity, and internal equity. The starting annual salary for this position will be between $43,512 to $51,672, but may be negotiated above this rate dependent upon the factors above, the budget of the hiring department, and approval from HR.
