About The Role:

The Director of Operations ensures that our Digital Business Operations team's top programs and priorities are effectively led and driven. This role is essential in driving operational excellence, facilitating critical initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the organization's goals. Collaborators in this role will play a crucial role in maintaining operational rigor and fostering continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of key programs, ensuring they align with the team's strategic objectives and deliver value.
  • Ensure that all operations are conducted efficiently and in accordance with organizational standards and policies.
  • Work closely with leaders to identify and address top priorities, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across different functions within the Digital Business Operations team.
  • Track and report on the progress of initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external collaborators, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Continuously assess and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide analytical support to the Managing Director, assisting in decision-making processes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, with a proven record in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management; must have the ability to lead up and down without direct reporting lines.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with various collaborators.
  • Analytical attitude with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in using operational and project management software tools.
