The role you'll contribute:

The Director of Operations for Central Florida Division - South actively develops and executes Centra Care center-level strategic priorities that support both Centra Care and regional system priorities. This role is also responsible for leading center managers and team

  • Supports Clinical Performance Improvement activities, and contributes to the overall improvement of the organization
  • Works collaboratively with leaders at Centra Care CFD-S operations & facilities teams to ensure alignment with development & execution of strategic plans
  • Assists in development of annual operating and capital budget to meet program needs and aligns center budget with organization's fiscal goal
  • Participates in process and performance improvement and assists in the development of action plans to improve patient care and essential processes including staffing effectiveness
  • Actively participates in decision-making committees at all levels, whose activities result inperformance improvements
  • Embraces and seeks out continual learning and improvement of self as well as employees
  • Serves as a community resource for Centra Care and Urgent Care related information
  • Is receptive to the needs of Centra Care's clients and takes necessary action to ensure efficient, quality, and compassionate patient care
  • Actively promotes team building and employee engagement, patient satisfaction, and a culture of safety for employees and patients. Develops and maintains a highly engaged workforce
  • Facilitates and maintains relationships with Corporate Clients and their employees


Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel

• Working knowledge of general healthcare services and practices

• Working knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing and coding knowledge

• Effective communicator, with strong professional and interpersonal skills in both verbal and written communication

• Ability to develop cohesive solutions, diagnose issues, and influence and guide all levels of management

• Current Florida Driver's License

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business or related field

Minimum of 3 years health care operations experience

Minimum of 3 years management experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Healthcare, Business or related field

• RN or ARRT

• CMOM
