One of Insight Global's clients is searching for a Director of Project Services to join their team on a Full-Time, Permanent basis local to Riverview, Florida 33578.

This individual will be responsible for key duties including, but not limited to, the following:
- Assist in supporting projects regarding upgrades, purchases, and inventory control.
- Create & track processes to help increase performance and efficiencies.
- Participate in recruiting and hiring of new employees, approve timecards, conduct performance reviews, and apply disciplinary action.
- Manage performance.
- Coach and develop employees.

Required Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of professional experience managing people & personnel.
- Professional experience with facilitation of profitable sales fulfillment, and an understanding of inventory lead times & purchasing concepts.
- 5+ years of experience with MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of management experience in a call-center environment and/or in the Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage industries.
- Experience with an ERP (enterprise resource planning) software system migration.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
