Job Title: Director for an Assisted Living Property in DC for Medicaid Marketing and Admissions

Livingston Place, an Assisted Living Medicaid Facility in Washington DC, is seeking a Marketing and Admissions Director responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to manage the admissions process for eligible recipients of the District of Columbia EPD Waiver Program. This role involves coordinating outreach efforts, maintaining relationships with community partners, and ensuring compliance with DC EPD Waiver and Department of Health Regulations.

Responsibilities

Marketing and Outreach:

Develop and execute marketing plans to increase awareness of the community.

Coordinate and participate in community outreach events, health fairs, and informational sessions.

Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.

Maintain and update the organization's website and social media platforms with relevant information.

Admissions Coordination:

Serve as the primary contact for prospective residents and their families.

Assist applicants in completing admission forms and gathering necessary documentation.

Schedule and conduct interviews with applicants to determine eligibility.

Maintain accurate records of all admissions activities and applicant information.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure all marketing and admissions activities comply with Assisted Living and DC EPD Waiver regulations and guidelines.

Prepare and submit regular reports on marketing and admissions activities to management.

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make recommendations for improvements.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, including health services and housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure a seamless admissions process.

Build and maintain relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, preferred or equivalent experience.

Experience in marketing, Medicaid admissions, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare or social services sector. Senior Living sales experience a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and database management.

Knowledge of DC EPD Waiver regulations and eligibility requirements is a plus.
