*Hybrid Contract-to-Hire Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Director of SAP S/4 HANA Operations and Transformation position! This is a 6 month contract-to-hire opportunity and will be hybrid 3 days a week in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished leader to join our team as the Director of SAP S/4 HANA Operations and Transformation. This pivotal role will oversee the operational excellence of our SAP S/4 HANA systems while driving the transformation journey towards S/4 HANA adoption. The successful candidate will lead a team of 25 consultants and one direct report, responsible for SAP Basis administration, testing, release management, and strategic initiatives to enhance our S/4 HANA landscape.

What You'll Be Doing:

SAP S/4 HANA Operations Management:

•Lead the SAP Basis team in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our SAP S/4 HANA systems.

•Implement best practices for system administration, monitoring, and incident resolution to maintain high availability and reliability.

•Collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize SAP environments hosted on AWS Cloud Infrastructure.
SAP S/4 HANA Transformation:

•Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define transformation objectives, timelines, and success criteria.

•Drive the strategic roadmap related to release management, landscape management, and quality assurance automation.
S/4 HANA Test COE Management:

•Manage the S/4 HANA Test COE responsible for test strategy, automation, and performance testing.

•Implement testing methodologies and tools to ensure the quality and reliability of S/4 HANA transformations and ongoing operations.
S/4 HANA Release Management:

•Lead the S/4 HANA Release Management team in orchestrating releases and changes in the dual landscape environment (N, N+1).

•Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to plan, schedule, and execute releases with minimal impact on production.
Team Leadership:

•Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of 25 consultants and one direct report.

•Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.

•Develop talent within the team through coaching, training, and career development initiatives.

What You'll Need to Have:

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

•12+ years of experience in SAP operations, transformation, or related roles, with a focus on S/4 HANA.

•Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a complex IT environment.

•Expertise in SAP Basis administration, S/4 HANA migration, testing, and release management.

•Proven track record of successfully leading LARGE-SCALE SAP transformation initiatives.

•Knowledge of AWS Cloud infrastructure and its integration with SAP systems.

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

•Relevant certifications in SAP, SAFe Agile, project management, or related fields.

Pay Range: $90-$95/hr
