What You’ll Be Doing: In this key role, you will spearhead clinical education and staff supervision, empowering our nursing team through comprehensive orientation, mentorship, and innovative training initiatives. Supported by an assistant Infection Prevention nurse, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe environment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some weekends; some flexibility with hours)

Wages:
- LVN: $93,600 - $106,454 annually, DOE
- RN: $104,000 - $118,290 annually, DOE
About You: We are looking for driven and compassionate clinicians dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. In addition to your enthusiasm, we seek candidates with:
- LVN or RN license
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in nursing, infection control, skilled nursing, home care management or related field is preferred.
- Strong preference for experience as a Director of Staff Development
- Strong preference for experience directing Infection Control programs
- Infection Control certification (post-hire acceptable)
- Valid CPR/AED certification
