Director of Staff Development & Infection Control - RN

About us: Saratoga Retirement Community is seeking a passionate LVN or RN to become part of our 5-star and 94 bed skilled nursing facility as the Director of Staff Development and Infection Prevention. In this position you are primarily responsible for the clinical education and supervision of staff, including orientation, mentoring, and training of nursing staff, and the implementation and facilitation of development and education programs. The DSD/IP Nurse will have the support of an assistant IP nurse. Wages: $93,600 - $118,290 / annually DOE

About you: we are looking for driven and compassionate clinicians to join our team with the goal of providing exceptional care to our residents. In addition to this we are also seeking:

• LVN or RN license
• Experience as a Director of Staff Development strongly preferred
• Experience with Infection Control program direction strongly preferred
• Infection Control certification (post hire is acceptable)
• Valid CPR/AED
