A global medical device manufacturing company is partnering with Insight Global and seeking a hands-on Director of Technical Service. As a key leader, they will act as the right-hand person for application and customer development for JD Edwards to ultimately optimize processes, and elevate customer experience. Their responsibilities include:
- Acting as the right-hand partner to senior management, shaping the application and customer development strategy for JD Edwards.
- Managing and collaborating with a team of seven, ensuring efficient resource allocation and performance
- Providing equal leadership and technical expertise
- Working closely with MSD partners, handling services, troubleshooting, and budget management.
- Proactively planning for future functionality upgrades and integrations.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years of technical team management experieince
- 10-15 years of experience in the Technology Industry
- Exposure to JDE systems
- Experience working with MSD partners on budgeting, troubleshooting and service enhancements.
- Experience augmenting MSPs

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Understanding of EDI processes.
- Experience working with JD Edwards
- Experience working with Site Vanity
