Minimum qualifications:

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Engineering or MBA.
  • Experience building customer experience SaaS applications.
  • Deep domain and technical expertise in applied machine learning, artificial intelligence, visual processing, or natural language processing.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and organizational skills.

The Applications organization within Google Cloud was established to build a broad and deep application portfolio that leverages the power of AI. The Applied AI team is building a set of AI-driven applications that help businesses of all sizes be more successful. Our target is to help business users vs. developers, using low/no-code tools and out-of-the-box solutions, to drive business impact.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving our Customer Experience application and platform strategy, delivering on our vision to transform Customer Experience by building a unified suite of applications powered by a powerful conversational AI platform. You will build and manage a high performing product team while driving product strategy and execution in partnership with the Engineering leaders. In the near term, you will deliver on Support use cases, unifying our existing products into an e2e suite-creating meaningful differentiation in a competitive market and decreasing time to value. You will also explore and define the vision for Sales use cases and a mid-market strategy to unlock new opportunities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $253,000-$363,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategic vision and collaborate with customers, partners, the field, and engineering to offer a coherent roadmap for our internal partners and external customers.
  • Work across product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to define, build, and support Customer Experience products. Drive decisions around prioritization, solutions, functionality and pricing.
  • Build and drive a thought leadership narrative with customers and industry thought leaders around Customer Experience and the broader Applied AI Application portfolio.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead the product team; influence and establish best product management practices and decisions through comprehensive market and competitor analysis, solid design decisions, processes and tools, and inspiring thought leadership.
