Lead Product Teams responsible for the BHSF portfolio. Responsible for implementing a technical vision and delivery model to expand solutions to improve patient, consumer, and clinician experience. Develop a holistic roadmap across the BHSF ecosystem that will maximize long-term consumer value and patient and clinician experience and ease of use. Accountable for the success of portfolio metrics across the complete life cycle of the portfolio, understanding user needs/insights and utilizing agile business processes. This position is hybrid.
Estimated salary range for this position is $165077.19 - $214600.35 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a product management capacity at a technology driven organization.
  • Previous experience managing product managers or business analysts.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Previous experience developing foundational processes for an organization.
  • Deeply user-centric and highly empathetic.
  • Intuitive understanding of good user experiences.
  • Technical expertise and ability to understand data, integrations, and platforms.
  • Quick learner, committed to collaboration and able to work well with other business units and executives.
