Job Summary: The Director Professional Sport Services and NIL provides guidance and skill development for current student-athletes navigating the current and shifting collegiate environment in the areas of financial management and education, tax liability education, services in furtherance of NIL agreements, career guidance services, post-playing career guidance, and support in adjacent areas of business and professional aspects of the participation in collegiate athletics.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of experience; OR master's degree and two (2) years of experience.
Skills and Knowledge: Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of constituencies. Ability to manage time efficiently to effectively perform multiple tasks at one time. Ability to work independently. Knowledge of personal computers and standard software programs to include database skills and word processing skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Athletics experience.
