The Director of Retailer.com will be responsible for developing the Retailer.com strategy and long-term vision while leading Clinique Retailer.com business to ensure overall sales growth and profitability.

Reporting to the VP of .com Strategy, this role will work strategically along-side the North America Marketing and Commercial Sales to support and deliver sales targets and new business initiatives, building strong collaborative relationships with our top performing accounts (Macys, Ulta, Sephora, Nordstrom, and Belk). This role will also have a matrix reporting to SVP/GM CL NA and VP CL Global E-commerce.

Deliver sustainable and profitable growth for key Retailer.com accounts by leveraging unique Clinique brand strengths:

• Drive day-to-day retailer.com business to achieve sales and brand goals (sales plan, rank, penetration, market share). Monitor retailer.com business performance vs. sales targets, market share expectations, Online KPIs, etc. and report on performance to brand.

• Ideate and implement growth plans, including building and executing a programming calendar to achieve goals at each retail account.

• Partner cross functionally (Account Management, Consumer Engagement, Trade Marketing, etc.) to lead relationship development with online retailers (i.e. macys.com, nordstrom.com, etc.) and serve as the primary voice for Online during the brand's communications with retail partners.

• Negotiate with retail partners to secure innovative and increased brand exposures across the Retailer's digital customer touchpoint offerings.

• Oversee and ensure new programs/content grow within retailer.com businesses through implementation of events and offers, customer acquisition and retention, and online marketing.

• Work closely with global brand partners on asset delivery to ensure brand has best-in-class.

• e-Merchandising content that meets (and exceeds) each retailers' requirements.

• Oversee strategic sampling decisions and ensure best possible ROI.

• Partner with Catalyst team on growth strategies, e-Merchandising, sponsored products, and retail media execution.

• Team / direct report development.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA required - MBA desirable.

• 10+ years' work experience in sales and marketing at a retailer or brand. eCommerce & digital marketing highly preferred.

• Omnichannel experience is highly desirable.

• Prefer retailer e-commerce experience, or brand portfolio experience.

• Must be a brand advocate and team player.

• Capability to drive results in a highly matrixed organization with competing priorities.

• Proven track record of delivering in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Detail oriented and ability to multi-task.

• Aptitude for working with Internet tools (i.e. web-based reports, databases, and various multimedia technologies).

• Strong organizational skills.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $117,000 to $202,100. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
