This role includes oversight of .NET-based applications as well as modern front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular and owns operational and strategic roadmaps on critical customer developed applications.

Daikin is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to support a team of developers and DevOps engineers, leveraging tactical and operational experience to provide strategic technical guidance to stakeholders. This role includes oversight of .NET-based applications as well as modern front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular and owns operational and strategic roadmaps on critical customer developed applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate as a key member of a senior-level IT Management Team.
- Oversee a significant area within IT, including both back-end and front-end development.
- Develop strategies and roadmaps for responsible areas and contribute to the overall IT strategy.
- Manage team financials, including AOP, budget management, and forecasting.
- Handle people management, including work plan development, performance management, and talent development.
- Build and develop the team, including organizational structure, recruiting, and team management.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to present management reports on team performance, including metrics and deliverable status.
- Communicate status to senior management in both IT and business.
- Ensure team adherence to all IT processes, policies, and procedures, including IT security.
- Engage with business stakeholders in their respective functions or business areas.
- Provide governance and leadership for all programs/projects executed or supported by the team.

- Tech Savvy - Anticipating and adopting innovations in business-building digital and technology applications in alignment with Enterprise Architecture. This includes fluency and ability to perform hands-on as needed:
- Building governance and processes for developer and DevOps-based teams, creating alignment with other development teams.
- Significant experience managing enterprise-level .NET applications.
- Familiarity with .NET architecture on Windows and Linux platforms, including best practices in development, security (authentication, authorization, and safe code), unit testing, and project and solution application architecture.
- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular etc..
