The Strategy team is responsible for developing, planning, and driving KinderCare Learning Companies' short and long-term strategic vision, driving the company's goals. This involves providing strategic leadership, demonstrating intelligence, and finding innovative solutions to sophisticated problems.

The Director of Strategy and Transformation will work with key leaders and teams to plan, develop, implement, and coordinate key initiatives. Responsibilities:
  • Build and implement innovative initiatives to drive business growth and transformation, including new products, digital solutions, and growth optimization across multiple brands.
  • Leverage market and consumer trends to provide relevant strategic recommendations.
  • Lead long-term planning efforts and collaborate with teams and leaders to address business needs, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Handle a portfolio of critical initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with our objectives.
  • Provide critical insights, mentorship, and recommendations to cross-functional teams to develop and complete their program plans.
  • Ensure company strategy and initiatives deliver value and return on investment by developing baseline metrics and targets, and communicating progress through clearly defined objectives and results.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the strategy team members.


Qualifications

Qualifications:
      • Experience in strategy or advising with a proven track record of driving impactful projects from concept to execution.
      • Ability to operationalize and implement sophisticated strategic plans, removing obstacles to implementation, and handling cross-functional partners.
      • Demonstrable ability to optimally collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization.
      • Experience leading people and teams, both directly and indirectly.
      • Ability to navigate ambiguity by taking initiative and proactively seeking new opportunities.
      • Solid attention to detail, with the ability to work in an organized and efficient manner, even under pressure.
      • Excellent presentation skills, capable of clearly articulating information to a wide range of audiences, from senior management to analysts.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
      • Ability and appetite to lead and engage diverse and equitable teams
