JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Talent Management is responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive talent management strategies designed to develop, retain, and engage a high-performing workforce. This role will oversee onboarding, induction, training and professional learning for classified and administrative staff, leadership development, leadership and classified mentoring, coaching programs, evaluation and performance management, and succession planning to ensure the Division meets its strategic goals.

Job Description

SALARY:

Grade 19: $110,398 - $211,533 per year (competitive benefits)
