Dispatcher

Advantage Resourcing is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for coordinating logistics, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls from drivers and shippers, following up with customers via email.
• Receive calls regarding deliveries and scheduling, dispatching drivers as needed.
• Input work orders and log calls accurately.
• Monitor routes and update statuses, managing up to 4 drivers at a time.

Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years in a dispatch or logistics role.

Schedule and Pay:

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
• Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
